Our almost priority is safety and that for our viewers, creators, partners, or anybody legitimately engaging with Youmiru. Please carefully read our policies and guidelines because we are very strict with following our guidelines.
Our Language Policy
Some language may not be appropriate for our young viewers under the age of 18. We may consider the following factors when deciding whether to age-restrict or remove content. Please keep in mind that this is not a comprehensive list.- Use of sexually language or content
- We don't allow the use of personal bullying jokes, excessive swear words in your video, title, thumbnail, or associated metadata
Our Sex & Nudity Content Policy
Youmiru doesn't promote or allow pornography on its platform. Any content that’s meant to be justifying sexually is also not prohibited. Youmiru allows nudity in the correct environment, for example, if an artist wants to promote their great work to the world in a context when the primary purpose is artistic. We also allow videos related to educational, documentary, scientific purposes, but we may age-restrict this content to protect young audiences. The context of the video and its details (tags, titles, description, other related technical or non-technical data) is relevant because it helps our viewers find your content (video) and comprehend its purpose.Our Engagement Policy
Youmiru doesn’t allow a fake increasing number of views, likes, and comments on our platform by using any bots (bot, which is a software application that runs automated tasks over the Internet) or any other related activities. We will remove or suspend content or channels that don't follow this policy without prior notice from Youmiru. If you hire an individual or a firm to promote your channel or content, their actions and decisions that violate our policies may result in the removal or suspension of your account. Youmiru stands and believes legitimacy throughout our process. If you find content that violates this policy for financial gain and its related beneficial engagement, we highly recommend you to report it to us. Flag a channel.Our Explosives & Firearms Policy
Youmiru strictly prohibits any content teaching or guiding how to make explosives and firearms. Youmiru shouldn't be used as a platform to sell firearms or accessories. Youmiru also doesn’t allow live streams that show someone holding, handling, or transporting explosive materials and firearms. We don't allow content that: i. Displays a firearm with the intention of sales, this includes giving the seller’s phone number, email address, or other contact information ii. Step by step directions to fabricate a firearm iii. Shows/demonstrate to users how to install a bump stock, or comparable accessories built to enable any such device that can be attached to an automatic or semi-automatic firearm in place of a conventional gunstock, enabling it to fire bullets more rapidly Please remember these are just some examples and don't post content if you think it might violate our conjoint policies.Our Cyberbullying Policies
Youmiru strictly doesn't support harassment and cyber-bullying that involves the use of information and communication technologies to support deliberate, repeated, and hostile behaviour by an individual or group, that is intended to harm others mentally and physically. Content that threatens individuals is not allowed on Youmiru. We also don't allow content that targets an individual with prolonged or malicious insults based on the design, performance, shape, components, and size (innate). These attributes include their protected group status, physical traits, tribes, and communities. If you find content that violates this policy, please report it. If you've found multiple videos or comments that you would like to report, you can report the channel. If specific threats are made against you and you feel unsafe, we highly recommend contacting your local law enforcement agency.Our Hate Speech Policy
Don’t post content on Youmiru if the purpose is to do one or more of the following. Youmiru doesn't allow hate speech on its platform that promoting, influencing, and motivating violence, hatred against an individual or a group based on age, ethnicity, community, caste, nationality, race, immigration status, religion, sex/gender, sexual orientation, politics, victims, and veteran status. Youmiru considers and understands as any kind of communication in speech, writing or behaviour, that attacks or uses pejorative or discriminatory language regarding a person or a group based on who they are, in other words, based on their identity factors. This is often entrenched and generates intolerance, hate and, in some contexts, can be degrading and divisive.Our Selling Illegal or Restricted Goods or Services Policy
If you're posting a video that directly or indirectly links to facilitate access to any regulated goods or services Youmiru is not for you. Content that contains links, emails, or phone numbers to establish contact is prohibited. The following is a list of items that Youmiru will not accept on its platform:- Alcohol
- Bank account passwords
- Stolen credit cards, or other financial information
- Counterfeit documents or currency
- Controlled narcotics and other drugs
- Explosives
- Organs
- Any part of endangered species living or non-living
- Firearms and accessories
- Firearm Parts
- Nicotine, including vaping products
- Pharmaceuticals without a prescription
- Sex or escort services
- Unlicensed medical services
- Human smuggling
- Toxic Substances Arsenic
- Strychnine
- Pesticides
- Tasers
- Replica Ammunition
- Cannabis
- Illegal goods, such as narcotics
Our Graphics & Thumbnails Policy
Don’t post a thumbnail on Youmiru that doesn't fit into our criteria noted below.- Thumbnails with pornographic photos portraying sexual actions, nudity, or other sexually gratifying imagery
- Violent imagery that is intended to offend the viewer
- Images of blood or gore that are graphic or distressing
- Thumbnails with revolting or indecent language
- Thumbnails deluding watchers into believing they're going to view something not in the video
