Ulos is a traditional woven cloth typical of the Batak people of North Sumatra. It holds profound symbolic meaning, serving as a symbol of warmth, affection, unity, and blessings during various traditional ceremonies, including births, weddings, and even deaths. Traditionally woven using non-machine tools, the cloth features predominantly red, black, and white colors, and is decorated with various gold or silver threads. Ulos has been designated as an intangible cultural heritage of Indonesia.
The giving of Ulos Hela and Mandar Hela is a symbol in the Toba Batak traditional wedding ceremony, where Ulos Hela is given to the bride and groom by the bride's parents, followed by Mandar Hela (sarong) which is also given by the bride's parents to the future husband as a sign of affection, hope, and the transfer of responsibility. This gift symbolizes the groom's readiness to become part of the woman's family (boru) and is ready to serve (marhobas) in traditional events.

Toba Lake
Lake Toba is the largest lake in Indonesia, not only is it the largest lake in Indonesia, Lake Toba is also one of the largest volcanic lakes in the world.
Lake Toba is a very amazing natural wonder. This lake is thought to have been formed from the violent eruption of a volcano, Mount Toba, which occurred about 74,000 years ago. With an area of more than 1,145 square kilometers and a depth of 450 meters, Lake Toba is actually more like an ocean than a lake. In the middle of the largest volcanic lake in the world there is also an island that is quite large, namely Samosir Island.
Lake Toba is the perfect place to relax, because the air is very cool and the atmosphere is very calm. Of course, because the location of Lake Toba is at 900 meters above sea level. In addition to the stunning lake panorama, the beautiful scenery of the mountain ranges and green trees that refresh the eyes, is a perfect place to unwind.

Hey Guys, we hope you're doing well.
In this video, we've shared the travel story of our Mandarmani Sea Beach trip.
On the 1st day, we were in Tajpur for a photoshoot (the video will come after this).
On the 2nd day, we reached Mandarmani, stayed at Sun View Resort, enjoyed fish fry at sea beach, did some shopping at Biswa Bangla market and the rest is here.
This video is going to be helpful for couples who would like to go on a short trip.
