⁣This is the story of Bharama Nand who has worked as a street vendor for the last 22 years. He works tirelessly the entire day to earn some money to take care of his family.
He has two daughters and wants them to study hard.
He values time alot and believes one should never waste even a single minute in their life. He has an habit of collecting coins and his customers also gives him rare coins to contribute to his hobby.
He stays happy because he believes that the problem has a solution so no one should worry at all.
Working in summers in front of heat is difficult but he never loses hope.
The most interesting thing is that he has learnt the entire art of cooking through the help of youtube videos.

His motto of life is "Have faith in yourself and respect time."

Chicken Marinated :
350gr boneless chicken
2gr ginger
1tbsp lemon juice
2tbsp salt
a pinch of pepper
1 tbsp sesame oil
2tbsp honey
---palm oil for frying

Flour(premix), mix all ingredients :
4tbsp all purpose floue
2tbsp cornstarch
a pinch of salt
garlic powder

Sauce :
4 cloves minced garlic
a bunch of fresh leek
1tbsp sesame oil
2tbsp honey
2tbsp tomato sauce
1tbsp chili sauce
a pinch of pepper
garlic powder
sesame seeds
