Chicken Marinated :
350gr boneless chicken
2gr ginger
1tbsp lemon juice
2tbsp salt
a pinch of pepper
1 tbsp sesame oil
2tbsp honey
---palm oil for frying
Flour(premix), mix all ingredients :
4tbsp all purpose floue
2tbsp cornstarch
a pinch of salt
garlic powder
Sauce :
4 cloves minced garlic
a bunch of fresh leek
1tbsp sesame oil
2tbsp honey
2tbsp tomato sauce
1tbsp chili sauce
a pinch of pepper
garlic powder
sesame seeds
