Prior to sailing from Australia I started attending yoga classes and instantly fell in love with the peace and relaxation it brought into my life and new I would continue to practice on board our boat during our travels. In 2013 I deepened my practice and became a Yoga Teacher and began introducing Yoga into my sailing community in the Pacific Islands from Fiji to Australia.

Hey Guys, we hope you're doing well.
In this video, we've shared the travel story of our Mandarmani Sea Beach trip.
On the 1st day, we were in Tajpur for a photoshoot (the video will come after this).
On the 2nd day, we reached Mandarmani, stayed at Sun View Resort, enjoyed fish fry at sea beach, did some shopping at Biswa Bangla market and the rest is here.
This video is going to be helpful for couples who would like to go on a short trip.

Ulos Hela is one of the most famous types of ulos and has deep meaning for the Toba Batak people. Ulos Hela is made from natural fibers produced from pandan trees, which are then processed into thread and woven into cloth. The process of making Ulos is very complicated and takes a long time.
Ulos Hela has a distinctive pattern and color. Ulos Hela has a distinctive pattern and color. Motifs that are commonly found use motifs consisting of transverse lines, complicated patterns. The dominant colors used are red, white and black. Each color and motif in Ulos Hela has a certain meaning and symbolism, which is often related to the beliefs and traditions of the Toba Batak people.
